Join the greater Lancaster community around the Advoz table to learn how to turn conflict into conversation. Advoz and its affiliated programs have worked with over 18,000 people since 1981. Every week, people are “adding voices” to transform the conflict they experience into conversation through the work of Advoz. Your support makes this possible.
Through Mediation, Restorative Conferencing, and Circle Process, Advoz helps people work through the challenges that get in the way of healthy and productive relationships in community, the workplace, and at home. In training, Advoz equips people for more positive conflict engagement in their own lives.
This year’s program will highlight the voices and stories of program participants, sharing about their experiences in Advoz-facilitated dialogues. Participants will hear first-hand the impact of this work.
