Make a difference for families going through a critical and often traumatic life-transition.This 20-hour training walks through the elements of mediating conversations for couples navigating going through divorce, custody and co-parenting negotiations. Trainees are expected to have completed basic mediation training (30+ hours) with Advoz or another facilitative or transformative model. In this advanced training, you will learn and practice through role play simulations:
- Divorce Mediation Process
- Helping Parties with Assets and Property Division
- Navigating Child, Spousal or Partner Support
- Helping Parties with Parenting Arrangements
This training will take place on these dates:
- Wednesday, May 15, 2024 - 8:30 am - 12:30 pm (Zoom)
- Friday, May 17, 2024 - 8:30 am - 4:30 pm (In person)
- Saturday, May 18, 2024 8:30 am - 4:30 pm (In person)

For those training for professional development, 18 hrs of CLEs are available for attorneys (1 ethics credit).
Course is co-facilitated by Kim White, J.D. and former divorce master and Chris Wenden, MBA and Advoz executive director.
Course fee includes print and digital materials (a book, manual and videos) and refreshments for in-person training.
